RTD At Work : For the Frame Tent Salesperson

The sale that used to take you three meetings, now takes one call.

A prospect gets in touch. They have a space. They need to fill it. They know the dimensions, nothing more - no spec, no brief, no clear picture in their head of what they are actually looking for. In the past, that conversation would end with you promising to follow up, emailing a set of standard drawings a day later, and quietly losing the momentum of the moment.

Not anymore.

You open RTD Frame, select the Storage Tent option, and type in the dimensions. Before the client has finished describing the site, a structure is already rotating on the shared screen - steel frame, fabric skin, proportions correct, geometry exact. Not a sketch. Not a render from a library. The actual proposed structure, built in real time from the numbers the client just gave you.

The client looks at it and says the side wall needs to be higher. You change it. They watch it change. Then you talk through the access points - a personnel door here, a roller shutter there - and place them together, directly on the model, while the conversation is still live. By the time the call ends the client is not imagining the building. They have already seen it.

The client had sent you a site photograph before the call. It takes you moments to place the model into it - the structure sitting in the exact location where it will stand, at the correct scale, in the actual setting. The client sees not a product but a solution. Not a possibility but a decision waiting to be made.

Within two minutes of the call ending, your email is already in the client's inbox. A detailed PDF. Plans, elevations, dimensions. The structure in the site photograph. Everything needed to say yes.

RTD Frame does not change what you are selling. It changes what the client sees - and what they see, they can believe in.
